Foundation of TexBoard GmbH

On August 28th, 2025, TexBoard GmoH was officially founded together with cofounder Ernst Sandrieser, under the guidance of Dr. Wolfgang Regenfelder (Notariat Weiz) and with the support of our tax advisor Mag. Christoph Rath (datenstrom. Steuerberatung GmbH).

TexBoard's mission is to transform textile waste into structured boards - a sustainable and circular alternative to wood-based panels.

With this step, TexBoard takes a clear position: driving sustainability, circularity, and innovation in the materials industry.
