Processed via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization.

We do not process sensitive data.

Analytics can be disabled via browser or cookie settings.
Communication & inquiries
Responding to messages and evaluating cooperation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f).
Business projects & contracts
Handling customer/supplier communication and fulfilling agreements.

4. Service Providers
We use selected processors, all under Art. 28 GDPR:
Microsoft 365 – email, documents, collaboration tools
Airtable (USA) – internal project and customer organization (SCCs, Art. 46)
Google Analytics 4 – anonymized usage statistics
Web hosting provider – server logs for stability and security
No data is used for advertising or profiling.
5. International Transfers
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA (e.g., Airtable), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
6. Data Retention
– Inquiry communication: deleted after 12 months unless cooperation continues.
– Business communication and project files: stored for the duration of cooperation and legal requirements.
– Analytics data: GA4 default retention (14 months).
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures: access controls, encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and minimized data storage.
