We’ve reached an exciting milestone on our journey to revolutionize textile recycling: our Demo Plant is now completed, and the first TexBoard™ panels have been produced!
The Challenge
Every year, millions of tons of textiles end up in landfills or incineration. These mixed materials are considered “too complex” to recycle at scale. This mountain of waste was our starting point — and our motivation to find a solution.
The Process
Together with pioneering technology partners, we designed and built the TexBoard™ Demo Plant. This facility demonstrates that even challenging textile fractions can be transformed into something valuable.

Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. Behind TexBoard™ is a strong team of engineers, chemists, and entrepreneurs who share a vision: to close the loop for textiles and enable circular materials at industrial scale.
The Breakthrough
After months of hard work, the first TexBoard™ panels have been produced. Using fractions of different textile origins, we proved that the process works. The result: a high-quality, circular construction board made entirely from discarded textiles.
What’s Next
The journey continues: we are now preparing sample panels for selected customers, moving one step closer to real-world applications.
